Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking for an Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We need a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of challenges and changes.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO, including correspondence, project organization and communication.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct research and gather data to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are arranged seamlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage CMO's inbox, prioritize incoming communications, and ensure timely responses.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Bachelor's degree or a similar Education Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Interested in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior knowledge of marketing principles and techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English, additional languages like German and French would be a plus.
