Vendor Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing the market for new products and services that could benefit the organization and make recommendations to management;
- Identifying potential vendors;
- Negotiating framework agreements and contracts to ensure best price, products, quality and timely delivery of goods and services;
- Monitoring spending and ensuring that procurement is in line with budget;
- Managing business relationships between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and optimized collaboration;
- Collaborating with other BIL support departments (i.e, Legal, Compliance, Risks, ) to deliver a first class service to our internal stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining a database of approved suppliers
- Ensuring that internal procurement policies and procedures are respected in line with BIL policies, ESG/RSE principles and relevant EU applicable regulations;
- Sourcing activity: including supplier identification, tendering process and contracts negotiation;
- Market research;
- Cost analysis: evaluation grid of different options (including availability, quality and delivery issues) to take relevant purchasing decisions;
- Vendor business relationships: establishing strong partnerships with key providers;
- Procurement process: issuing purchase orders and agreements;
- Reporting: purchasing activities, spend analysis and providers performance.
