- Assurer le **suivi des projets** en terme de délais, de budget et de qualité.
- Assurer les **missions de gestion** dans le pilotage / contrôle des projets en phase planification et exécution.
- **Coordonner les différentes phases** d'un projet : conception, autorisations, appels d'offres, travaux, réceptions, mises en service et livraisons.
- Assurer la gestion des risques : mise en place du processus d'identification et de couverture des risques.
- **Assurer la gestion des interfaces** d'un projet
- **Assurer la gestion administrative **d'un projet****:
- Rédiger les documents liés aux missions : compte-rendu de réunion, reportings, rapports mensuels, rapports d'analyses, courriers, etc.
- Profil
- Diplôme d'études supérieures achevées (Ingénieur ou Master) dans le domaine de l'architecture ou de la construction.
- Une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans la gestion de projets, idéalement au Luxembourg.
- Maitrise de la langue française (lu, parlé, écrit), l'allemand et le luxembourgeois constituent un sérieux avantage.
- Bon sens de l'organisation et du relationnel, aptitude au travail autonome au sein d'une équipe et d'une bonne capacité d'analyse.
- Attentif(ve) aux détails, capable de gérer les priorités et de travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps.
- Faire preuve d'assertivité.
- Maitrise de Microsoft Office et Microsoft Project.
