Als zentraler Dienstleister bündelt die Deka-Gruppe Kompetenzen in Asset Management und Bankgeschäft als Vermögensverwalter, Finanzierer, Emittent, Strukturierer und Depotbank. Die Aktivitäten der Niederlassung finden sich schwerpunktmäßig in den Geschäftsfeldern Asset Management Wertpapiere sowie Asset Management Services wieder. Ein Schwerpunkt im Produkt
- und Serviceangebot für Privatanleger ist die Fondsgebundene Vermögensverwaltung. Heute arbeiten rund 360 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Deka-Gruppe in Luxemburg.

- Innerhalb der Zentralen Fondsabwicklung wirken Sie bei den operativen Abwicklungstätigkeiten einer B2B Fondsorderplattform mit Ausrichtung auf den institutionellen Bedarf mit, z.B. bei Anlage/Pflege von Kontrahenten
- und Kundenstammdaten, Abschluss von Service-Level-Agreements mit Fondsgesellschaften und Banken sowie der Betreuung des hoch automatisierten Order
- und Abrechnungsprozesses.
- Sie erlernen das Relationship Management mit vertraglich angebundenen Drittfondsgesellschaften innerhalb der EU.
- Sie unterstützen uns bei der engen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Einheiten hinsichtlich Dienstleistungsanforderung an diese Drittfondsgesellschaften
- Sie eignen sich die Tätigkeiten des Provisionsmanangements an

- Sie besitzen eine ausgezeichnete Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und sind neugierig auf neue, komplexe Herausforderungen
- Berufserfahrung in der Wertpapierabwicklung, den Tätigkeiten eines Transfer Agents oder im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen sind von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gehören zu Ihren Stärken; Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit bringen Sie mit
- Sie haben ein intuitives Gefühl für Sprache und können komplexe Sachverhalte gut strukturieren und verständlich kommunizieren
