Mcafee Specialist

SOGETI is looking for a
McAfee specialist to join our company.

As part of the Infrastructure department composed of smart & dedicated people like yourself who make an impact with both internal and client stakeholders, you will be involved in some of Luxembourg's most innovative projects, in a European Institution.

Your challenge/your responsibilities:

• Study, test (for example by realising prototypes) and evaluate IT products available on the market. The main focus will be on McAfee/Trellix solutions also to be compared with other similar ones;
• Analyse, design and implement solutions for meeting specific needs of the client also in line with the evolution of the working methods (Cloud and AI).
• Test products and their entire lifecycle. For both hardware and software products (migrations, upgrades, patches, etc.) and their integration within the client technical environment;
• Analyse the standards available for endpoint protection and system monitoring and their relevance for use in the client context;
• Produce technical documentation and reports (installation, configuration guidance, assessment reports,...);
• Define functional specifications for the abovementioned solutions;
• Develop system software (e.g. scripts for automated configuration, system analysis, alerting).
• Work on supervision, design, development, testing and evolution of new and existing systemr software for adhoc needs;
• Update the assigned tickets;
• Provide third level support.
• Point solutions, project teams (e.g. SharePoint) for architecture and integration tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

_Qualification/ Technologies:
_

• Excellent knowledge of McAfee/Trellix solutions for the management

of the security aspects for laptops, workstation, servers and other equipment connected to the EP LAN.

• Evaluation, testing, integration and maintenance of software and hardware products in the domain of personal and departmental software and equipment.
• Design and build complex, resilient and redundant system architectures.
• Experience as team leader and/or technical leader working in complex security related projects and activities involving system administration and McAfee products and similar.
• Capacity to work in autonomy;
• Communicative, rigorous and organised;
• Fluent in English, French would be an asset.

• 8 years of experience + Master university degree in IT and willing to learn in a challenging & innovative environment. Security certification is an asset.
• A background check will be requested upon hiring (criminal record, Education degrees, diplomas & certifications)_
