**Le poste de Product Owner
***:
Afin de renforcer l'équipe produit, Sogexia recherche un nouveau Product Owner. Dans un environnement Scrum, l'équipe Produit doit gérer le côté fonctionnel de l'ensemble des évolutions (Produit, Conformité, Service Client, interface avec les prestataires, etc.) en collaboration avec 5 équipes de développement. En tant que Product Owner, vous serez au cœur de la gestion de nos évolutions, en travaillant selon la méthodologie Scrum.

**Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes**:
**Définition et alignement de la vision du produit**:

- Collaborer avec la direction et les différents interlocuteurs internes pour développer et maintenir une vision claire du produit qui soutient les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Communiquer cette vision à l'équipe de développement pour assurer un alignement complet sur les attentes et les objectifs à long terme.

**Participation à la roadmap Produit**:

- Participation à la création, la priorisation et la révision continue de la roadmap et du backlog Produit en intégrant les retours des utilisateurs, les analyses de marché et les changements technologiques.
- Pour ce faire, collecter les besoins auprès des différents services internes et des partenaires, les expliciter et les prioriser.
- Définir des critères d'acceptation clairs pour chaque élément du backlog afin de garantir une compréhension et une exécution précises par l'équipe de développement.

**Communication avec les parties prenantes et l'équipe de développement**:

- Servir de principal point de contact pour les développeurs, les clients internes et les partenaires.
- Rédiger les "users stories" afin de permettre une communication claire sur les attendus des équipes internes et soutenir la planification.
- Traduire les besoins des différentes parties prenantes en exigences techniques claires et actionnables pour l'équipe de développement.
- Accompagner les équipes dans la compréhension de la priorisation de la roadmap et la compréhension du backlog.
- Participation à des rituels Scrum avec les équipes de développement, et suivi du déroulement des sprints.

**Surveillance et rapport des progressions**:

- Suivre les progrès de l'équipe de développement par rapport aux objectifs du sprint et du produit, et ajuster les priorités du backlog selon les besoins.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports de progression réguliers aux parties prenantes internes pour s'assurer que les objectifs de développement sont atteints et que les problèmes sont résolus de manière proactive.
- Rendre compte à la Direction, et l'assister dans la communication avec le Conseil d'administration, les autorités, ou les auditeurs internes et externes.

**Évaluation et adaptation des fonctionnalités du produit**:

- Tester les fonctionnalités développées.
- Évaluer l'efficacité des fonctionnalités livrées en collectant des retours des utilisateurs et en analysant les données d'utilisation.

**Profil**:

- Une première expérience en tant que PO, Business Analyst ou expert métier.
- Minimum BAC+3 en Gestion d'entreprise, Informatique ou autre domaine pertinent.
- Capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs de divers métiers et à influencer.
- Un goût prononcé pour l'UX et les outils efficaces.
- Une expérience dans l'univers bancaire/fintech est un plus.
- Une expérience de la méthodologie Scrum ou d'une méthodologie Agile est un plus.

- A l'aise dans la compréhension de sujets techniques.
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Polyvalence, organisation, méthode et sens des priorités.
- Capacité à trouver des solutions et être force de proposition.
- Excellente communication orale et écrite, avec une capacité à interagir efficacement et de façon claire et adaptée avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

**Processus**:

- Premier entretien avec Aurélien, Head of Product.
- Case study (raisonnable) à préparer, et restitution du case study avec Aurélien.
- Entretien avec le COO.
