Our Luxembourg IT team is looking for a:
Solution Architect (M/F/d)
What You'll Do:
- Being recognized as a seasoned technology professional and expert who focuses on developing strategic architectures and roadmaps, then assisting with designing solutions that adhere to those architectures.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure that solutions built are effective
- Lead and advise product teams on complex architecture design issues on products and help them to remove impediments
- Partner with the Product Managers and Engineering Manager to understand issues and provide solutions
- Participate in technology selections with external vendors
- Engage in Innovation and FinTech enablement for regional solutions
- Maintain indepth technology knowledge in a primary capability area and create architectures and designs for that capability area
What It Takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
- Business model, business context, and business process understanding of the financial services as well as experience communicating up, down, and across the business and IT organization, including other business and technology leaders
- 4 or more years of experience with serverside design and development including but not limited to Java/J2EE, Python, React, or equivalent
- 4 or more years of experience with vendor software implementation and integration
- Knowledge of complex technology, methodology, and full lifecycle development in an agile environment
- Experience in: API design and development, data and analytics solution design and development
- Experience working with global teams and with European banking supervisors, handling financial regulatory implications for financial systems
