Corporate Sustainability Advisor

Our client, a renowned advisory firm specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Responsible Investment (ESG) in Luxembourg with over a decade of experience across various sectors with global leader corporations, is looking for a Corporate Sustainability Advisor M/F/X based in Luxembourg.

As a member of the Corporate Sustainability team in the Operations department, your role will involve managing and implementing ESG criteria integration missions in the decision-making models and operational systems of client organizations.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Identification and analysis of the financial and non-financial impacts of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues on the value chain;
• Development of transition strategies aligned with stakeholders' expectations;
• Support in nonfinancial reporting following CSRD and international reporting standards;
• Conducting workshops and training sessions on sustainable development for organizations.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in law, economics, finance, or engineering with a focus on sustainable development;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a consultancy specializing in sustainable development;
• International experience is a plus.

Your Know-how

• Familiarity with sustainable development standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, SDGs, and rating agencies;
• Understanding of European regulations including CSRD and CS3D, EU Taxonomy;
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and oral);
• Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
