Pour appuyer la croissance de notre bureau de Luxembourg, nous recherchons un(e) manager dont le rôle sera moteur dans le développement de nos activités commerciales.
Vous accompagnerez également la transformation de nos clients (énergie, utilities, transport de voyageur, transport de marchandises, infrastructures de transport, industrie) en local mais aussi à l'international, sur des missions de stratégie opérationnelle et de conseil en management en répondant aux problématiques suivantes:
- ** Transformation des organisations** : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,
- ** Evolution réglementaire**: étude des textes réglementaires et analyse d'impacts, mise en conformité des organisations et des processus,
- ** Gestion de projets**: cadrage, assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage, pilotage de projet (PMO), accompagnement au changement,
- ** Marketing et relation client**: études de marché, segmentation client, conception d'offres et de services (marketing mix, business plan ), CRM et connaissance client, stratégie digitale et multicanale,
- ** Stratégies de croissance et de performance** : études prospectives, diversification d'activités, modélisation financière,
- ** Management des Systèmes d'Information**: schémas directeurs SI, études d'opportunité et de faisabilité (« business case »), benchmark et choix de solutions, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre.
Vous serez aussi amené(e) à** vous impliquer dans la vie interne du cabinet**, autour de différents sujets:
- ** Le développement et le renforcement de nos offres **au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de support internes et externes,
- ** Le développement de nouvelles opportunités **au travers de réponses aux appels d'offres et de propositions commerciales
- ** La politique de publication de l'équipe** (rédaction d'articles, décryptage )
**Qualifications**
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur ou d'une grande école de commerce, vous justifiez idéalement:
- d'une expérience réussie au sein d'un cabinet de conseil
- d'une bonne connaissance du tissu économique local et savez mettre à profit votre réseau dans une optique de développement commercial
- d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur des missions de transformations digitales
Vous êtes doté(e) d'une capacité à travailler en équipe, d'une ouverture d'esprit, d'un sens de l'analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l'excellence, l'entrepreneuriat, l'innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l'équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.
Français, anglais professionnel courant indispensable.
