For a replacement, the Manco is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Middle Officer.

As a Middle Officer, you will provide support to the Conducting Officers and assist in various tasks.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising the work of delegates, including conducting due diligences.
  • Reviewing and producing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting files.
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of processes.
  • Participating in projects and presentations.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as filings at the RCSL/UBO register/CSSF/Fundsquare

Your Profile:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in the Funds Industry is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of the Investment Fund Industry (UCITS and AIF).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Organized, flexible, committed, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks while delivering highquality results.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and Spanish is considered a strong asset.
  • Openminded and eager to learn and develop.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and webbased tools.
