**Contenu de la fonction**:
Proximus Luxembourg SA offre une opportunité passionnante à un conseiller juridique junior (Junior Legal Counsel) de rejoindre notre équipe.
Dans un rôle d'assistance et intégré(e) à la Direction Légale, Régulatoire et Affaires Publiques, vous serez notamment chargé(e) d'aider à l'examen et la rédaction des contrats, de participer à la mise à jour de la base de contrats-type, des conditions générales de vente, des documents administratifs légaux, de suivre les développements des secteurs ICT et de Télécommunications au niveau économique, législatif et règlementaire, tant nationaux qu'internationaux et des évolutions juridiques de manière à collaborer avec notre équipe juridique à la veille stratégique, politique et réglementaire nationale et européenne.
Vous interviendrez sur des missions spécifiques en relation avec les fédérations professionnelles avec lesquelles l'entreprise est affiliée ou partenaire. Vous contribuez ainsi à l'établissement de documents visant à appuyer les positions de l'entreprise : notes de positionnement, contributions écrites aux consultations nationales sur des textes réglementaires, rapports à l'intention des autorités compétentes. Vous participez à la sollicitation et la préparation de rendez-vous avec des décideurs économiques et des acteurs institutionnels.
Ce poste est parfait pour quelqu'un qui cherche à démarrer sa carrière juridique et à avoir un impact significatif dans le domaine dynamique des télécommunications et ICT.
**Profil**:
De formation BAC +3 minimum (université de droit). Une spécialisation en droit luxembourgeois serait un plus.
La maîtrise de la langue anglaise et française est essentielle (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
Vous connaissez bien l'environnement juridique et économique luxembourgeois.
Votre curiosité vous a également amené(e) à acquérir des connaissances dans les technologies de l'information. Vous vous tenez au courant des évolutions du secteur ICT.
Forte volonté d'apprendre et de progresser dans le domaine juridique.
Compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Vous disposez d'une agilité intellectuelle ainsi que des facilités à entrer en relation avec différents interlocuteurs vous permettant de vous adapter à votre environnement et à vos interlocuteurs.
Vous êtes capable de traduire des données ou idées complexes en idées significatives et en recommandations appropriées dans des rapports écrits.
Vous êtes ouvert(e), entreprenant(e) et curieux(se).
