**Fonction**:
En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Senior Recruiter au siège social, et sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines, vos talents seront mis à profit au quotidien pour:
- Recruter des profils opérationnels pour nos différents métiers (cuisine, service, nettoyage, réception), des managers responsables de nos exploitations et des profils pour le siège social.
- Œuvrer pour la mise au travail de personnes en réinsertion professionnelle et entretenir les contacts réguliers avec les différents organismes sociaux et associations diverses.
- Favoriser l'identification et le développement des « talents » au sein de l'entreprise.
- Apporter votre contribution au développement et à la mise en œuvre des différents projets qui animent le service, l'entreprise et/ou le groupe.
**Profil**:
- Issu d'une formation de type universitaire dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience de travail significative d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Ce sont avant tout vos compétences humaines et relationnelles qui vous différencient Vous adhérez spontanément aux trois valeurs-clés prônées par Sodexo que sont l'Esprit de Service, l'Esprit d'Equipe et l'Esprit de Progrès.
- Autonome, disponible et proactif, vous êtes en quête constante d'amélioration
- Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et aimez être en interaction avec des interlocuteurs différents, ce qui implique des qualités d'écoute et d'accompagnement.
- Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français et l'anglais ; la connaissance de toute autre langue étant considérée comme un atout.
