Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort Luxemburg einen **Senior Risk Manager (m/w/d),** der Lust hat, bei der kontinuierlichen **Weiterentwicklung unseres Risikomanagementsystems** in Bezug auf alle wesentlichen Risikotypen federführend mitzuwirken.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Asset-Klassen (Multi-Asset, Equity, Fixed Income) bezogenen **Portfoliorisiko
- Überwachung (Markt-, Liquiditäts-, Kredit-, Kontrahenten
- und ESG-Risiken)**, in engem Austausch mit unseren Portfoliomanagement-Teams
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von **Dashboards und Tools zur Risikoüberwachung**, Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von **Risikoberichten und Managementinformationen**:
- Durchführung der regelmäßigen **Risikoüberwachung**, Nachverfolgung von **Limitverletzungen und aktiven Anlagegrenzverletzungen**:
- Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Risikomanagementaufgaben bei **Projekten, Fondsneuauflagen / -änderungen, Einführung neuer Instrumente**:
- ** Analyse von regulatorischen Vorgaben** für den Bereich Risikomanagement und Ausarbeitung und **Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen** zur Einhaltung der Anforderungen (Prozesse, Tools, Richtlinien)
- Überwachung und **Steuerung unserer Servicepartner** für den Bereich Risikomanagement / Anlagegrenzprüfung
**Ihr Profil**:
- ** Erfahrung**:Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Asset Management oder als Mitarbeiter einer Beratungs
- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Idealerweise weitergehende Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Risikomanagement und/oder Portfoliomanagement.
- ** Kenntnisse**: Gutes Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen an die Fondsbranche und des aufsichtsrechtlichen Umfelds in Luxemburg. Kenntnisse in Risikomanagementsystemen wie Aladdin sowie weitergehende Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und -automatisierung sind von Vorteil.
- ** Qualifikation**:Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder IT-Bereich.
- ** Sprachen**:Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- ** Darüber hinaus**: Zielgerichtete Kommunikation, einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch sowie Freude daran, im Team gemeinsam Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
