Your Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and scheduling shareholder and board meetings.
  • Drafting standard corporate documents, including shareholder and board resolutions.
  • Handling filings with the commercial register and for financial documents.
  • Collecting and organizing signatures.
  • Updating and maintaining share registers and databases.
  • Managing and filing legal documents, handling compliance procedures (AML).
  • Assisting experienced Legal Specialists in providing corporate secretarial services to clients.
  • Liaising with external parties
Your profile:

  • Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in an family office and collaborative work environment.
Fluency in French, German, Luxembourgish and EnglishThe offer:
