    Tax Advisor Tax Funds Flow**Our client is one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors with a substantial presence in Luxembourg.


For their highly versed local tax team we are searching for a dynamic
Tax Advisor who will actively support the team in its daily work.

Our client offers an entrepreneurial and flexible working environment that prioritizes teamwork, diversity, and talent. They also provide a broad range of challenging projects and events.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare funds flow for new investments, exit, dividend payment, etc. in Europe, US and Latin America
  • Coordinate implementation of postclosing items
  • Develop strong relationships with deal team, including understanding their business practices and specific needs
  • Maintain close relationships with tax advisors, lawyers, etc.

Your profile:

years' experience in International and Luxembourg taxation, gained either in-house or in Big 4 firm

  • Experience or exposure to funds flow (cross border transaction modelling)
  • Experience in private equity or other cross border M&A
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge in French will be an asset
  • Good knowledge in Excel
  • Highly organized with good personal time management
  • Able to deliver high quality work, on time, each time
  • Able to remain focused and to pay attention to details (accuracy)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Eager to build effective working relationships and take ownership of projects / activities
