Für den Bereich Risk Management - Real Assets am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Risk Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Kreditvergabe.
- Luxemburg- Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A.- Festanstellung- VollzeitDEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Du fungierst als Hauptansprechpartner/in für risikorelevante Themen bzgl. Debt-Fonds für interne und externe Kunden
- Ebenso bist Du Hauptansprechpartner/in des AIFM bei der Behandlung notleidender Kredite (Restrukturierung, Work-out sowie ggf. Sicherheitenverwertung)
- Du prüfst das Risikoprofil bei der Vergabe von Krediten durch den Fonds, bzw. der Beteiligung und entsprechenden Kredit-Forderungen
- Du überwachst regelmäßig die ausgegebenen Kredite in Bezug auf die Einhaltung von Financial Covenants, der Werthaltigkeit der vereinbarten Sicherheiten und den Fortschritten bei ggf. vorliegenden Projektentwicklungen
- Regelmäßiges Reporting relevanter Risiken an den Vorstand der Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services, die Boards der jeweiligen Fonds, die jeweilige Finanz-Aufsicht, etc. gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Außerdem entwickelst Du bestehende Risikomanagement-Systeme zur fortwährenden Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen für die betreuten Debt-Fonds regelmäßig weiter
DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist Absolvent/in eines mathematischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums oder weist eine vergleichbare Ausbildung auf
- Du weist relevante Erfahrung in der Kreditabteilung einer Bank, bzw. der Betreuung von Debt-Fonds bei einem AIFM auf
- Kenntnisse der MaRisk / KAMaRisk sind von Vorteil
- Du zeichnest Dich durch analytisches Denkvermögen und Kenntnisse der einschlägigen finanzmathematischen Methoden aus
- Du bist zielorientiert, belastbar, flexibel, zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Dein Arbeitsstil ist kunden
- und lösungsorientiert
- Außerdem bringst Du sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
