Business Analyst I Transfer Agency Pe-re

Primary responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of special internal and external projects for PCS
- Draft analysis BRD, plan, implement and followup of internal projects, review and enhance current processes; implement best practices and new features, automate and standardise where possible
- Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses work flow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the PCS department
- Perform technical trainings for PCS or other teams closely collaborating with PCS teams if required
- Review and comment private placement memorandums and Op Memo
- Build fund fact sheet and review fund documentation
- Perform setup in Company systems, and set of specific files such as fees, waterfall, equalization,
- Design and draft process flows and/or business requirements
- Perform IT development analysis and coordinate with T&O
- Update operational procedures/checklists. Perform training and handover to Ops Lux/KL teams before go live
- Ensure operational readiness with detailed documentation and communication
- Accountable for ongoing satisfaction of clients by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
- Ensure that the organizational framework supports the delivery of quality client service and operational excellence.
Must-have:
- Postsecondary education with an accounting/finance or business concentration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Private Capital Services or financial services industry in an operations environment, with an extensive expertise in Transfer Agency
- Project management or business analyst experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- English and French are mandatory, all other languages is an asset
- Risk management and mitigation focus
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Track record of developing and implementing innovation and change
- Technical expertise, ability to understand operating models end to end and business drivers
- Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, management, colleagues and staff.

- Specific knowledge: SARA, Framework, Multifonds, Milvus, Efront is an asset, project management or
- BA certification
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Access
