Headquartered in Boca Raton, DigitalBridge has key offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Luxembourg, and Singapore.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fund Accounting Manager for our Luxembourg office.
This role joins a growing Fund Accounting team within the Luxembourg office and reports to the Controller, who sits in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general accounting for multiple European entities
- Review US GAAP/Lux GAAP/Local GAAP conversions when needed
- Obtain and review supporting documentation from third parties
- Coordinate and oversee relationships between the service providers, including the fund administrator and auditors
- Monitor statutory reporting filings and preparation of financial statements
- Review bank reconciliations and manage cash for whollyowned and JV entities
- Record journal entries for acquisitions and distributions
- Budget to actual variance analysis
- Prepare periodic loan compliance packages and communicate with lenders
- Ad hoc requests and special projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with 67 years' experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; Lux GAAP experience
- Basic VAT/CIT understanding
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic, handson and proactive with the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Strong English writing and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel required; Yardi experience is a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP a plus
