THE JOB:
We are looking to hire a self-starter who wants to experience the recruitment world firsthand.

We look for compassionate, respectful and professional individuals who are enthusiastic, committed and can add real value to our already great team.


The role will include:

  • Understanding clients' needs, and then searching for and identifying the right people to fill our clients' job vacancies.
  • A thorough understanding of the roles and the business.
  • Identifying the correct recruitment strategy, clever searching, advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
  • Checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to our client.
  • Preparing and sending CV's, reports and correspondence to clients.
  • Coordinating and organising interviews, giving relevant feedback, and assisting in the negotiation process.
  • Respecting data privacy regulations and compliance with our company core values and ethics.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are not only looking for an excellent recruiter, but we are looking for the right personality to fit in a dynamic and diverse team, someone:

  • Who is driven by our business.
  • Who has 2/3 years of recruitment / financial services exposure.
  • Proactive, who takes initiative and has sound judgement.
  • Peopleoriented.
  • Fluent in English, French, German or Luxembourgish being a real asset.

- task, and who is hands-on and organised.

  • With strong communication skills, being able to express themselves and convince others.
  • With an excellent ability to navigate within the world of social media and an affinity with technology.
  • With high ethical standards, discrete, able to handle complex and confidential information.
