The opportunity:
_**- Currently we are looking for a _
_Shift Leader __to join our team in Mercury factory in Dudelange.

On this position you will:
_
- _ Lead operators in terms of following and improving the safety regulations continuously and detecting safety hazards._
- _ Ensure quality standards and meeting daily production requirements._
- _ Manage the operators during their shift in order to achieve the daily objectives based on KPIs._
- _ Ensure the training of the operators to guarantee a skilled and flexible workforce._
- _ Motivate and engage operators through leading by example._
- _ Ensure a good communication between operators and the leadership team. _
- _Manage vacation planning and anticipate work force needs. _
- _Provide efficient shift hand-over communication._

To join our team you will need the following qualifications:_**- _
Shift leading experience (minimum 1-2 years)_
- _ 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing environment is a considerable asset_

**_
We are looking for the following skills: _**- _Good knowledge of English. French and or German are considered an asset_
- _ Good problem-solving skills and self-initiative_
- _ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - combined with the capability to lead and coach co-workers_
- _ Results-driven and ability to influence associates to achieve common goals _
- _Sense of urgency and commitment to resolve issues._
- _ Position requires shift, evening, night and weekend work assignments_
- _ Desire to coach associates, develop situational leadership skills, take responsibility of shift results_
