Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un/une juriste pour intégrer son secrétariat général. Il/elle sera chargé(e) de traiter des sujets relevant en particulier du droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale ainsi que d'assister les conseillers dans leurs travaux.

Responsabilités:
- Représenter les intérêts de l'entité dans différents organes et groupes de travail au niveau national et européen avec des missions régulières à Bruxelles dans le cadre des échanges avec les institutions européennes
- Effectuer une veille régulière des différents développements du droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale au niveau national/international, et aider à évaluer leur impact sur l'économie luxembourgeoise
- Réaliser des recherches techniques et des analyses détaillées afin de servir de support à la rédaction des différents documents et travaux
- Aider à la rédaction de prises de position et de rapports
- Préparer les réunions de différents groupes de travail et développer une relation de collaboration avec les membres de ces groupes
Votre profil:
- Master en droit, le certificat de formation complémentaire en droit luxembourgeois constitue un avantage
- Connaissances du cadre légal et réglementaire luxembourgeois
- Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française, et anglaise, la connaissance de l'allemand constitue un atout
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
- Intérêt pour les sujets emploi, sociaux, politiques et économiques
- Bonnes compétences informatiques (Pack Office, SharePoint)
