Depositary Analyst Traditional Funds (M/F)
CDI
Mission:
- Maintain up to date Fund Profiles
- Manage client communication
- Followup escalation process
- Ensure Funds' compliance to regulation
- Work in close collaboration with the Depositary Controllers to collect the exceptions and make appropriate followup until closure
- Work on projects impacting the team, the department or various different departments
- Work on transversal tasks and get involved on other activities/team within the department
Key Responsibilities and Expected Result Area:
- In depth analyse of the reported issues, errors and breaches over the period under review and incorporate these outcomes into the periodical depositary report
- Prepare on a timely basis the periodical Depositary report and ensure proper follow up of the identified issues
- Be in charge of a determined scope of traditional funds/management entities and maintain the good established relationship with those management entities
- Ensure a close cooperation on transversal issues with different bank departments, to identify any field of risk(s)
- Be able to write formal letter to the destination of the management entity and to make clear presentation to them
Required Skills:
- Expertise on Depositary duties considered as an advantage
- Understanding of investment funds activity and actors responsibility
- Knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyse, synthetize, share and communicate clearly in writing and orally the information gathered.
- Comfortable with usual Office tools (Excel, word, access,...)
- Highly motivated, energetic and selfstarter, who takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to efficiently manage time, rank priorities and respect deadlines
- Demonstrate autonomy, with the ability to take initiatives in order to improve process
- Strong interpersonal client facing skills.
- Strong team player
- Fluent in French and English. German is considered as an advantage.

Education:
Bachelor / Master Degree
Professional Experience:
Sound knowledge of the Fund industry acquired through an experience of at least 2 years either in a known External Audit firm (Big 4) or a Depositary Bank.
Language Skills:
Fluent in French and English - German considered as an advantage
