The growth of the business combined with the company's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric entity contributes to the increasing complexity of the customer fulfillment operations each year.

The EU S&OP team is responsible for forecasting inventory movements between countries, managing both incoming shipments from vendors/sellers and outgoing shipments from Fulfillment Centers (FCs).

Additionally, the team is accountable for assessing S&OP performance, facilitating continuous enhancement of planning tools and methodologies, focusing on network optimization for reliability, speed, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Collaboration with the Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) teams in North America and internal EU stakeholders in Transportation, Retail, and Finance departments is a crucial part of our operations.

Within the EU Supply Chain, the engineering team's main duties involve creating new products in partnership with SCOT and maintaining existing ones to enhance S&OP accuracy, automation, and cost-efficiency.

The role entails the development of new products with automated data pipelines and processes to support all S&OP operations teams.

This position is a hybrid BIE/PM role that entails leading cross-functional project work-streams and providing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to derive the necessary analytical insights for product and model development.
  • Collaborate with Tech Stakeholders to establish the product vision and improvement roadmap.
  • Design automated BI solutions for recurring reporting and product diagnostics.
  • Ensure data accessibility and conduct quality checks on existing data products, aligning with the Product Strategy.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working on innovative ideas, showcasing attention to detail, self-motivation, and project follow-through.

About the Team:

The S&OP product development team focuses on three primary goals:

  • Sustain existing products through bug fixes.
  • Enhance existing products year-over-year with new features.
  • Develop new in-house products.

We are currently considering candidates to work from the following locations:
