We are partnering with a leading organization in search of a Compliance Expert with a strong background in financial auditing to join their team.

Our client is committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and integrity in their operations, and they are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to their regulatory adherence and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs to identify and mitigate areas of risk.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on compliancerelated matters, including regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and findings to senior management and regulatory authorities as needed.

Profile:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
