Mover

We are currently recruiting for a Mover to join the business based in Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for:
Administration

  • Registration of actual working hours in the computer or at a European timesheet
  • All requested documents with the work order need to be filled in and signed
  • Registration of the used moving and packing materials
  • Report missing or damaged SIRVA materials
Daily Work

  • Flexible working hours, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Instructions on the work order should be carried out
  • Instructions that are given by dispatch department should be carried out
  • Any deviation s at the job should be reported to the move managers
  • Report misconduct of SIRVA and nonSIRVA employees
  • Unauthorised use of SIRVA resources is prohibited

QHSE

  • SIRVA clothing and safety shoes are mandatory
  • Inspection of your work area before starting work
  • In case of unsafe situations act accordingly or contact dispatch department for advice
  • Confidentiality for information that has been given by the client or SIRVA
  • To be environmentally aware within the assigned tasks at hand
  • Ensuring the quality systems within assigned tasks are responsible
Other Requirements

  • Personal hygiene should be in order
  • Customer friendly behaviour is mandatory
