Ihr Profil

Sie haben erfolgreich studiert (Uni / FH) oder eine Ausbildung mit guten oder sehr guten Ergebnissen abgeschlossen.

Sie sind ein versierter Experte der oben beschriebenen Aufgabenfelder und blicken hier auf eine mindestens 5-8 jährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit zurück.

Sie sind ein ausgewiesener Kenner der betrieblichen Abläufe im Finance oder Controlling (idealerweise beides) und ihrer Entsprechungen bzw. Abbildbarkeit in SAP FICO bzw. S4HANA.

Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert, treten verbindlich auf und sind ein starker Kommunikator, sowohl im Team als auch auf allen anderen Unternehmensebenen.

Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Eine zweite Sprache (Deutsch, Französisch oder Japanisch) wäre wünschenswert.
- Sie sind bereit, im Rahmen von Projekten oder Rolloutvorhaben gelegentliche Dienstreisen (ca.20%) zu unternehmen.Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet

Neukonzeption, Optimierung oder Redesign von Finance Prozessen. Erstellen von Fachkonzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Senior Management.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen und externen Beratern bei der Umsetzung der Prozesse in S4HANA.

Strategische Gestaltung der Prozesse und Beratung des Senior Managements.

Fachliche Projektleitung für die S4 Einführung im beschriebenen Gebiet.

Vorbereitung und Abhaltung von Workshops mit Anwendern bzw. Auftraggebern und Dienstleistern.

Intensiver fachlicher Austausch mit dem Business und den anderen Experten im Team.
