Rejoins notre équipe en qualité de HR Business Partner, où tu seras pivot dans l'accompagnement de nos processus RH, de l'amélioration des pratiques de recrutement à la gestion harmonieuse des différends. Ta mission sera d'assister nos collaborateurs dans leur évolution professionnelle, en apportant soutien et expertise.

**Description du poste** Tes missions**:

- Gérer le processus de recrutement de à Z pour tous les postes à pourvoir au Luxembourg, incluant la rédaction de descriptions de poste, la sélection de CV, les entretiens, et les propositions de contrat.
- S'occuper de la gestion des conflits, des licenciements, et surveiller le cycle de vie individuel des employés.
- Participer activement aux projets transversaux au sein du département RH pour assurer la continuité de la stratégie RH.
- Accompagner les salariés dans le processus de compétences

**Qualifications** Ton profil**:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste, de préférence dans un environnement opérationnel.
- Connaissance approfondie du droit luxembourgeois (paie, droit du travail)
- Autonome et capable de prendre des initiatives
- Prêt à effectuer des visites sur nos sites dans le centre et le sud du Luxembourg.
- Excellente maîtrise du français, la connaissance de l'anglais est un bel atout
