Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Buchhalter, der zu einem renommierten Handelsunternehmen im Norden Luxemburgs in der Nähe von Deutschland wechselt. Als Buchhalter/in sind Sie für die komplette Buchhaltung des Unternehmens von A bis Z verantwortlich und stellen sicher, dass alle Finanztransaktionen genau und konform abgewickelt werden.
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Durchführung der allgemeinen Buchhaltung des Unternehmens, einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Rechnungen, der Verwaltung von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sowie der Führung von Finanzaufzeichnungen.
- Die verschiedenen monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Buchhaltungsabschlüsse durchführen und dabei sicherstellen, dass Bilanzen, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen und Jahresabschlüsse erstellt werden.
- Erstellen und Einreichen von Umsatzsteuererklärungen gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften.
- Administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Buchhaltung erledigen, wie z. B. die Verwaltung von Bestellscheinen, die Überwachung von Zahlungen und die Erstellung von Finanzberichten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern bei regelmäßigen Finanzprüfungen.
- Verfolgen Sie die geltenden Buchhaltungs- und Steuervorschriften und schlagen Sie gegebenenfalls Verbesserungen oder Anpassungen vor.
- Bereitstellung von Finanz- und Buchhaltungsberatung für die Mitglieder des Führungsteams des Unternehmens.
Ihr Profil :
- Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Fünf bis zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in der allgemeinen Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise in renommierten Handelsunternehmen.
- Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der Buchhaltung von A bis Z, der luxemburgischen Rechnungslegungsstandards und der Steuervorschriften.
- Beherrschung der deutschen und französischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Fortgeschrittene Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und Microsoft-Office-Tools.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Fristen einzuhalten.
- Liebe zum Detail und Fähigkeit zur genauen Analyse von Finanzdaten.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Interessengruppen zusammenzuarbeiten.
