Joining an ambitious and innovative project, you will be part of the program Controls & Governance team as a
Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting Analyst.

You will be driving the MIS project and reporting requirements, ensuring timely delivery of relevant information, analysis, and management support.

Leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure alignment among different stakeholders and support the Controls and Governance team for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively arrange and communicate reporting calendars to ensure all stakeholders have visibility into various reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Manage weekly and monthly internal reporting requirements, ensuring that quality and timely data are provided.
  • Collect and communicate reports and documents from EPCMs, OEMs, PMCs, vendors and clusters in accordance with the agreed reporting calendar, while taking confidentiality into account.
  • Support the Budget and Cost teams with Monthly Project Control Reporting.
  • Provide reliable and quality analysis, actionable recommendations, and support the team in delivering different management reporting and requests on time.
  • Enhance Power BI with the latest data for uptodate management dashboards.
  • Conduct periodic deliberations of program topics' with key stakeholders (weekly program meetings, periodic Cluster meetings ), setting agendas, delivering minutes with clear action items (with Owner) and ensuring logical closure of items with subsequent followups.
  • Maintain proactive communication with the Governance & Controls team, relaying key messages and reminders.
  • Extract and analyze data from diverse systems (e.g., SAP, analytics, AM tools, Excel), synthesizing information into reports aligned with program requirements.
  • Provide support to the Project team in terms of KPIs, analysis, and action items in order to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with Governance & Compliance lead to ensure policies and procedures are administered.
  • Streamline daytoday operations for the Controls & Governance team, ensuring organizational efficiency across stakeholders.
What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, business administration, or related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., CAPM, Prince2) is a plus.
- +3 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst in complex projects.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and controlling reports methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data from different sources.
  • Proficiency in ERP / IT tools (SAP, Power BI, analytics), including advanced MS Excel, Power Point and SharePoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to details skills, with ability to deliver with accuracy, ontime and reliability.
  • Ability to handle multi tasks and deliver on tight deadlines, while thriving in high pressure.
  • Effective communicator, able to influence stakeholders, suppliers, and disciplines to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English is a must, any additional language will be considered as an asset.
