About the team

With our PSF multidisciplinary team of 40 people we advise clients in the Financial Sector (Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance) on all aspects of Governance and Regulatory Compliance. We assist our clients in better understanding of the regulatory environment and identify laws and regulations that have impact on their activities. We add value by providing solutions which include innovation and efficiency.

We are seeking a PSDC Operator

The PSDC Operator is responsible for the overall day to day work and ensuring streamlined function of PSDC services offered by KPMG services. The PSDC Operator plays a key role in business continuity of our customers. The PSDC operator must equip himself/herself with the knowhow of scanning activities in line with PSDC regulations, DocuWare (digitization capabilities, search tools, and highlevel configuration/customization) which is currently the daytoday software, Jira for the Log management.

The work can possibly be performed on a customer site in Luxembourg.

The PSDC Operator ensures client tasks are dealt within the agreed contract and SLAs.

What you will be working on

Physical retrieval and physical return of hardcopy files
Preparation of physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure
Scan of documents and their quality check following the PSDC regulation and a "foureyes principle", and the correct indexation and archiving of those documents
Completion of all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures
Keep a strong relationship with the clients
Follow up JIRA logs (for Audit and management review) and produce daily reports
Ensure the Information Security Policy is respected in client agreements and ongoing client management
Support in supervision of invoicing process (incoming and outgoing)

What we look for

You are fluent in English and German
You hold either a High School diploma or a Bachelor's degree
You have a strong knowledge about Microsoft Office package
You have experience with both Jira and DocuWare (any other IT knowledge is a plus)
Highly reliable and autonomous person
Meticulous attention to detail when following procedures and filing paperwork
Organized worker who handles many physical files
Adaptable to interruptions by the client and changing priorities on which items should be handled first
