Job Title
HR Sourcing & Shared Services
- Act as first point of contact for HR Business Partners and staff for all queries related to time management, vacation, sickness and other kinds of leaves (maternity leave, parental leave, career break, exceptional leaves )
- Analyze employees' requests related to time management, leaves, staff movements and administrative matters, answer these queries and escalate issues when required
- Ensure the daily maintenance of all personal records of employees for all kinds of leaves, staff movements, payroll data, part time
- Ensure that the HR database is up to date, accurate, and comply with regulations and laws regarding vacation, sickness and other kinds of leaves
- Ensure that all administrative documents related to employees are properly generated, sorted and organized and ensure that files are complete
- Follow internal procedures, industry rules and regulations
- Support the Benefits activity (Parking, lunch vouchers, RBC Performance, RBC Service Recognition a.o)
- Participate in the onboarding process (contract drafting and signature, background checks completion)
