Your role and responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including complex transactions, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and uptodate guidance on real estate laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and lawyers from international law firms, fostering strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Contribute to crossfunctional initiatives and handle crossborder matters, leveraging your legal expertise and strategic thinking.
What we are looking for:
- At least
six years of solid experience practicing Real Estate law, with a track record of handling complex transactions and providing strategic advice.
Master's degree in Law and admission to the
Luxembourg Bar or
another European Bar (preferred).
- Fluent in
English and
French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
