Our Team
You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg.
As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station, Cloche D'Or or Howald districts.
What You Will Do
- Manage customer accounts via collection software and strategic planning, enlisting the efforts of customer service and inmarket collection team when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Communicate material issues and trends to inmarket credit managers and/or other relevant parties.
- Recommend payment hold status on counterparties that pay beyond acceptable terms
- Identify, research, and resolve counterparty payment discrepancies (quality claims, unearned discounts, pricing, and quantity disputes, etc.).
- Participate in periodic calls with business teams to share/review collection performance of assigned portfolio.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Business degree preferred from an accredited institution
- Several years of relevant experience in desired role
- Basic accounting proficiency
- Expert level in English and Spanish language is mandatory
- Ability to work on a team as well as be selfdirected with independent decisionmaking capabilities
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to handle simple and/or complex situations
- Must be resourceful, results driven and able to multitask and prioritize work with a sense of urgency
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in large multinational organizations preferably in manufacturing or construction industry
- Accounts receivable knowledge/experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Familiarity with GetPAID collections software
