Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of migration projects, including onboarding users and data to Microsoft 365 from legacy systems.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to support document collaboration and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security policies, data loss prevention measures, and information protection within Microsoft 36
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve platform functionality.
  • Work closely with vendors and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions to build a knowledge base for the team and end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e

g, Microsoft 365 Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator) preferred.

  • Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks within Microsoft 36
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
