Vous êtes responsable d'un large éventail d'activités opérationnelles quotidiennes et de la comptabilité générale.
**Description**
Sous la supervision du chef des finances et tout en étant autonome dans votre travail, vos tâches couvrent mais ne sont pas limitées à:
- La comptabilisation des activités quotidiennes (comptes débiteurs, comptes créditeurs, encaissements, etc.) et des transactions plus complexes.
- Participation à divers projets internationaux (migration vers SAP en janvier 2023, etc.).
- Soutenir les avocats sur les questions liées aux finances
- Exécuter toutes les fonctions comptables connexes nécessaires à la tenue du grand livre général, conformément aux GAAP et procédures locales et à la politique de l'entreprise.
- S'assurer que les factures des fournisseurs et les demandes de chèque sont payées conformément aux politiques d'autorisation et d'approbation et assurer le suivi des factures non approuvées.
- Participer aux activités de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d'année afin d'assurer la production de rapports en temps voulu et d'aider à l'audit statutaire annuel.
- Compiler les informations relatives aux taxes de vente et d'utilisation et préparer les déclarations fiscales (TVA, etc.).
- Générer des rapprochements de bilans afin de garantir l'exactitude des états financiers.
- Préparer le suivi et les rapprochements des immobilisations, y compris les amortissements mensuels.
- Développer des procédures pour améliorer l'efficacité du flux de travail et les contrôles internes et soutenir les audits internes périodiques/les examens de conformité.
- Soutenir la production des états financiers annuels, préparer la documentation pour les auditeurs externes et soutenir le processus d'audit annuel.
- Travail de projet - coopération avec le SGC en Pologne et mise en œuvre des processus dans les processus financiers de Luxembourg qui en résulte
La liste ci-dessus n'est pas exhaustive et vous aurez l'occasion de développer vos compétences en fonction de vos aptitudes.
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en comptabilité (ou équivalent, par exemple BTS/DUT) avec une expérience de 3-4 ans minimum en comptabilité générale
- Vous avez une expérience dans une société commerciale ou de services professionnels
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la TVA et des impôts au Luxembourg
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance d'Excel et une expérience dans SAP est un plus
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, et vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français.
- Vous avez une bonne gestion du temps et un haut niveau de précision.
- Vous êtes méthodique, mature et résistant au stress.
- Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe proactif, capable de travailler de manière indépendante et de prendre en charge des tâches si nécessaire.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes toujours prêt à aider les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Vous avez une attitude pratique et êtes orienté vers les résultats.
