The SAP Security Expert is a member of the SAP Service Management Domain that is part of the SAP Center of Excellence of the IT department of ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products segment.

**Mission

  • Administrate all the Access management process on all the central SAP platforms used in the ArcelorMittal Europe Long Products segment.
  • Perform daytoday SAP Security role administration and user administration across the SAP landscape. SAP Security is not limited to role maintenance activities, but includes adherence with segregation of duties requirements, and support to the current organization level design.
  • Assure effective customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately in an SLA context. Assist with change control and incident response across the SAP environment.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical design for SAP security roles.
  • Support the implementation of security for new installations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Audit and SOX audit teams to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP roles and authorizations and that ongoing governance is in place and occurring.
  • Document and implement best SAP Security practices and other process improvement initiatives. Assist in the design of 'standardized' roles for Business and Basis users.
  • Perform operational SAP tasks such as transport management, SAPGUI support and system monitoring.
**What you'll need: - Masters in information technology or similar

  • Minimum 5 years' experience on SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration for:
  • SAP ECC Profile Generator (single roles, master / derived roles, composite roles) and Central User Administration
  • SAP BI analysis authorization concepts.
  • SAP GRC
  • SAP Solution Manager
  • SAP Identity Manager
  • CSI tools.
  • Good understanding and Experience on:
  • SOx in an SAP environment
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Best practices for SAP Security Administration and operations.
  • Working / detailed knowledge of:
  • SAP Basis and Applications.
  • Experience in supporting end to end SAP Security project implementation, security and GRC or CSI workshops, testing support, Cutover prep and Hyper care activities.
  • Selfmotivated team player and directed with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment.
  • Skill to create and provide SAP Security report when needed e.g. SOx
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Languages:

  • English fluent with a very strong level of French
  • Luxembourgish and German as a competitive advantage
  • Any other language will be considered as a plus
