**Your next challenge: - You guide bankers and clients on personal taxation, relocation, residential real estate investment, succession planning and wealth structuring (private investment companies, trusts, foundations, private funds, life insurance contracts) and other legal matters- You perform the job in a complex environment where you will be required to analyze, summarize and interpret several options to propose pragmatic solutions whilst taking into account the rules of compliance and statutory provisions (public policy rules, antifraud and antimoney laundering legislation, etc.)
- You participate in working groups or in committees as an expert, both for Wealth Management and for the bank
- You assess and monitor changes in legal and tax news in wealth management matters and keep both clients and bankers informed of opportunities and risks in these domains (internal communications, client's publications, presentations, workshops)
- You draw up technical records, templates, brochures and reference documents and you keep them up to date
- You give presentations and deliver training for your colleagues
- You take the initiative to share best practice, knowledge and experience with the other wealth planners of the team by playing an active role at team meetings and actively contribute to global team projects
- You develop and maintain a network of trusted thirdparty advisors, notaries, fiduciaries
- An additional knowledge in international law is also recommended
- At least 3 years' relevant work experience in working within an audit/tax advisory firm, a law firm or financial Institution
- Good knowledge of 3 languages including English (spoken and written)
- Technical skills and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with your clients and colleagues to contribute to make you wellknown as an expert
- Committed and eager to share your knowledge with a multicultural team
- Assertive and adapt to the situation and you have the capacity to present complex issues in a simple way
