Description du poste
Talan Luxembourg recrute actuellement un profil **BA/PM.**
Les priorités suivantes ont été identifiées:
Les tâches/activités comprendront:
- Organiser et animer des réunions et des ateliers avec les parties prenantes concernées du client, fournir un dossier d'analyse avec les principales priorités convenues avec les parties prenantes
- Effectuer une analyse commerciale clé et recueillir des exigences détaillées (y compris le flux de processus) auprès de toutes les parties prenantes, effectuer une analyse et convenir de la nouvelle conception avec les collègues UX/UI
- Formuler des recommandations pour simplifier et améliorer les processus et les procédures existants
- Organiser et faciliter les réunions pour examiner et mettre en place la "classification de l'information" appropriée des documents à exposer et/ou à échanger,
- Pour les nouveaux cas d'utilisation/fonctionnalités, mettre en place le nouveau flux de processus et les procédures
- Préparer la liste des données/informations requises pour automatiser le flux de travail et analyser la manière de les collecter (par ex, Organiser des présentations à d'autres services afin d'intégrer de nouvelles parties prenantes/fonctionnalités.
Livrer de nouvelles procédures/des documents de manuel de l'utilisateur et organiser des présentations de démonstration à des services,
- Fourniture de personnel et de services externes pour la maintenance, le soutien, le développement et la mise en œuvre de progiciels et de systèmes d'information spécifiques du client
- Services d'analyse commerciale, de gestion de projet et de test
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation du projet afin de refléter le travail accompli/les progrès réalisés et d'identifier clairement les points de blocage existants ou possibles (par exemple, les contraintes, les risques, les dépendances, les problèmes de sécurité, etc, contraintes, risques, dépendances, etc.)
- Préparer le manuel de l'utilisateur et effectuer le transfert des documents de travail et des éléments livrables avant l'achèvement de la mission.
Le membre du personnel doit faire preuve de connaissances dans les domaines suivants:
- au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la numérisation et de la gestion des processus
- Une solide expérience avérée en tant qu'analyste commercial principal et une expérience adéquate en matière de gestion de projet
- Une bonne connaissance et une bonne compréhension des produits financiers (marché des prêts) et des processus commerciaux pertinents (tels que le traitement des événements post-décaissement).
Le membre du personnel doit faire preuve de compétences dans les domaines suivants:
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale (niveau B2 au minimum) et écrite en anglais et à la présentation
- Maîtrise du logiciel MS PowerPoint
