Au sein de la Supply Chain du site Mamer, l'activité du service Sourcing & Supply comprend:
La recherche, la sélection et l'évaluation de sources d'approvisionnement externe à la production ainsi que la gestion des relations des prestataires externes.- La préparation et la commande d'achat d'articles intermédiaires et/ou de sous-traitance d'opérations nécessaires à la production et à la vente- Le suivi jusqu'à livraison et (ré)approvisionnement, le cas échéant le traitement des non conformités desdits produits- L'approvisionnement d'articles usinés sur le site Mamer à destination des filiales
Le poste de Sourcing & Supply Specialist a pour rôle d'accomplir toutes les démarches administratives et opérationnelles soutenant l'activité du service
MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES
Effectuer toute tâche administrative pour garantir l'approvisionnement d'articles achetés et/ou la sous-traitance d'opérations auprès de prestataires externes et/ou aux filiales du Groupe pour les besoins des sites de Mamer et/ou de LivangeAssurer l'interface entre les départements internes et les prestataires référencés et/ou filiales- Formuler les demandes de devis (RFQ) et communiquer une synthèse d'offre- Analyser et saisir les commandes dans le logiciel de gestion SAP en fonction des besoins en achat matière- Réceptionner et encoder les confirmations des prestataires- Veiller à la bonne réalisation des accords définis contractuellement et des termes de livraisons (prix, quantité, délai)- Suivre les délais de fabrication et de livraison, en cas de retard informer les services en interne concernés et mettre à jour les délais- Assurer la disponibilité des stocks et gérer le (ré)approvisionnement- Coordonner les opérations de réception des commandes et stockage/déstockage des pièces- Créer les Ordres de Fabrication (OF) de contrôle qualité- Echanger régulièrement avec les services de l'expédition, logistique et planning- Assurer le suivi administratif et informatique des non-conformités
Gérer les tâches administratives pour garantir l'approvisionnement des filiales d'articles usinés par le site MamerVérifier que les commandes d'achat passées soient complètes dans SAP et adapter les modifications en conséquence- Créer et étendre les matériels des articles commandés- Suivre le statut de production des OF et tenir les filiales informées des délais de livraison, le cas échéant mettre à jour les délais- Veiller à la disponibilité des stocks et coordonner l'envoi des articles- Assurer le suivi administratif et informatique des non-conformités
Participer à la performance du serviceÊtre responsable de projets d'automatisation et d'amélioration- Repérer et signaler les déviances du processus- Participer à la mise en place d'une démarche qualité auprès des prestataires

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES- Avoir impérativement des connaissances du système de gestion SAP et de préférence en SD (Sales) & MM (Purchasing)- Avoir une première expérience réussie dans un environnement similaire- Faire preuve de bonnes compétences communicationnelles- Être polyvalent et avoir l'esprit d'équipe- Parler et écrire couramment français impérativement- Parler et écrire couramment anglais de préférence
