Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - Département informatique

**Missions**:

- Surveiller les alertes et événements de sécurité (SIEM, IDS, EDR/XDR, etc.);
- Surveiller les systèmes de production critiques exposés aux clients externes nécessitant une haute disponibilité;
- Détecter et documenter les incidents de disponibilité et de sécurité, et exécuter les playbooks;
- Être le point de contact pour des éventuels SOC, partenaires et clients externes voulant déclarer des incidents de disponibilité ou de sécurité;
- Effectuer une validation formelle des releases pour les systèmes de production;
- Intervenir en cas d'urgence sur les systèmes de production pour y appliquer des corrections;
- Participer aux simulations d'incidents et proposer des améliorations des playbooks et outils de supervision.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Systèmes informatiques (outils bureautique, etc.);
- Sécurité informatique et protection des données;
- Maîtrise des outils de surveillance fourni (ELK, SIEM, etc.);
- Capacité de comprendre les logs techniques des différents systèmes (PC, réseaux, etc.);
- Maîtrise écrite et orale des langues luxembourgeoise et française.

**Compétences comportementales**
- Disposer d'un esprit d'équipe;
- Rigoureux et autonome;
- Être précis et rigoureux dans le suivi des procédures;
- Savoir anticiper et communiquer;
- Être très flexible en ce qui concerne les heures de travail.

**Atouts**
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine.

**Diplômes**

Vous êtes détenteur soit du diplôme luxembourgeois de fin d'études secondaires, soit du diplôme luxembourgeois de fin d'études secondaires techniques, soit d'un certificat sanctionnant des études reconnues équivalentes.

**Expérience**

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine.

**Langues**

Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe de traitement B1.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d'un État membre de l'Union européenne.
