Billing Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly billing activities using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure timely development and computation of relevant reports
• Contribute to testing activities and the implementation of new solutions to enhance billing processes
• Participate in improving and automating validation processes for billing parameters
• Support quality assessment and assurance of billing operations
• Develop reports, perform internal financial controls, and prepare presentations
• Engage in billing-related projects and provide assistance to the billing team as required

Your qualifications

• Hold a master's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and a willingness to grow in the financial field
• Familiarity with agile and design thinking principles is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Quick-learner with a focus on results and excellent time management skills
• Proactive team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fluency in English, French, and German; Luxembourgish proficiency is a bonus
