international audit, tax, and advisory firm operating in Luxembourg, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a
Manager specializing in UCITS Audit.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute UCITS audit engagements in compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls within UCITS funds.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting and regulatory issues related to UCITS.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learningoriented environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to UCITS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with a focus on UCITS.
- Indepth knowledge of UCITS regulations and fund accounting principles.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
