**Qui recrute ?**:
La mission du STATEC - Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques - consiste à fournir aux décideurs publics et privés ainsi qu'aux citoyens un service public d'information statistique de haute qualité. Nous nous engageons à produire des statistiques, des analyses et des études qui représentent une image détaillée, fiable et objective de la société luxembourgeoise. Ces informations permettent d'enrichir le débat démocratique en toute transparence et aident nos utilisateurs à prendre des décisions appropriées.
Au sein du département informatique du STATEC, l'unité IT1 - Solutions IT occupe une position centrale dans la promotion et l'intégration des nouvelles technologies de l'information. Ses missions principales englobent la réalisation de projets spécifiques, le développement de solutions pour la collecte, la gestion et la restitution des données, le conseil et la formation des utilisateurs, la veille technologique ainsi que la maintenance du parc de solutions. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les utilisateurs internes, l'équipe s'engage à assurer une utilisation efficace et pertinente des technologies, en anticipant les besoins à venir et en garantissant le bon fonctionnement des solutions développées sous sa responsabilité.
**Missions**:
- Tech Lead: Guider une équipe de développeurs en tant que mentor technique, assurer la qualité du code fourni et superviser les décisions d'architecture;
- Architecture logicielle: Apporter une expertise en matière d'architecture logicielle et faire des choix technologiques appropriés et judicieux. Définir la structure globale des logiciels en identifiant les composants principaux, leurs interactions, et en établissant des modèles de communication qui permettront d'optimiser les performances et la scalabilité;
- Innovation et veille technologique: Participer activement à la veille technologique pour intégrer de nouvelles technologies et méthodologies améliorant continuellement nos pratiques;
- Collaboration: Coopérer étroitement avec les utilisateurs, les équipes de conception, les responsables produits et les développeurs;
- Documentation: Participer à la rédaction de documentation technique et fonctionnelle;
- Support logiciel: Maintenir et faire évoluer les solutions logicielles du STATEC et former les utilisateurs et être le support de second niveau pour les utilisateurs de nos produits.
**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Être à l'aise avec les technologies front-end web telles que HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript et connaître les librairies React et Material UI (MUI);
- Solide compréhension et expérience avec différentes architectures logicielles et capacité à concevoir des solutions robustes, scalables, performantes et pérennes;
- Connaître les bonnes pratiques relatives à la conception et au développement d'interfaces ergonomiques et ludiques (UX Design);
- Avoir de solides compétences dans le développement de solutions back-end utilisant des technologies telles que Python;
- Être familier avec les technologies et méthodologies liées aux services web (SOAP, REST, micro-services);
- Avoir une expérience significative des systèmes de gestion de base de données relationnelles (MS SQL, PostgreSQL);
- Être familier avec le logiciel de gestion de versions décentralisé Git et la plateforme Gitlab ou Github;
- Avoir une forte appétence pour le développement logiciel et l'architecture logicielle.

- Connaissances des principes et outils DevOps, des concepts d'intégration et de livraison continue;

- Avoir des connaissances relatives à l'accessibilité du web;
- Maîtrise du luxembourgeois.
**Remarques**
- Veuillez noter qu'il est prévu que le STATEC déménage de son siège actuel (Luxembourg Kirchberg) à Esch-Belval en automne 2024;
