Das Site Capital Engineering team auf dem Werk in Contern sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Anstellung einen Engineering Techniker/in mit Schwerpunkt Piping & Mechanical in der Rolle als Minor Projektleiter (MPL).
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie/er plant und leitet in der Regel alle Aktivitäten, die mit der Durchführung eines Minor Projektes verbunden sind und verfügt über einen soliden Hintergrund und Arbeitserfahrung entweder im Maschinenbau, der Anlagenwartung oder in der Auslegung, Konstruktion und Installation von Rohrleitungssystemen. Die Aufgaben beinhalten u.a.:
Entwickeln von Lösungsvorschlägen an Bauteilen oder Maschinenkomponenten und Verfassen von Leistungsbeschreibungen und Spezifikationen für externe Firmen
Erstellen bzw. Überarbeiten und Kontrollieren von Anlagendokumentation wie z.B. Prozessdiagramme, Rohrbauplanung, 3D Iso-metrien, Konstruktionspläne ...
Planen/Durchführen und Ausarbeiten der Projekte in den genannten Fachbereichen gemäß geltenden legalen Normen, bzw. DuPont Engineering Richtlinien und Prozeduren
Baukoordination & Baubetreuung der Projekte zusammen mit externen Firmen im Einklang mit den Vorschriften in Arbeitssicherheit, in einem abgemachten Zeitrahmen sowie Unterstützung der Abteilung bei der Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme
Kostenkalkulation und Kostenkontrolle
Erstellung von einfachen Terminplänen in Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen
Dokumentation der Projektabschnitte gemäss Engineering Vorgaben
Mitarbeit im Bereich Mechanical/Piping in einem Team bei Projekten > $
Ihre Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:
Der Abschluss einer Ausbildung in Luxemburg (Dipl. de Technicien – Mécanique Industr. oder Brevet de Techn. Supérieur en Génie techn.) oder einer gleichgestellten Fach- oder Techniker-Ausbildung in einem anderen EU-Land
Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik sowie Kenntnisse der aktuellen Regelwerke und Normen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Anlagendesign und den gängigen IT Tools i.e. Office 365
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im obengenannten Bereich; praktische Erfahrung in Projekt-Implementierung in einem der ansässigen Geschäftsbereiche ist von Vorteil
Erfahrung in Rohrleitungsauslegung und -konstruktion ist von grossem Vorteil
Sprachkentnisse: Deutsch und Englisch sind vorausgesetzt; Kenntnisse in Französisch sind von grossem Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsverhalten und vorbildliches Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit unter Druck zu arbeiten z.B. um mehrere, parallel laufende Projekte laut Vorgaben termingerecht durchzuführen
Lernbereitschaft und Wille ein integriertes Team mit internen oder externen Kunden sowie Lieferanten, Engineering- und Montagefirmen zu leiten
