Technical Coordinator Release

Tasks:

  • Coordinate transversal activities with others teams and ITIL process managers (Incident, Problem, Change, Release,...)
  • Drive the day to day activities, schedule tasks for the team according to business priorities, impulse within the team quality of delivery / quality of service to respect KPI/SLA
  • Highlight team activities and report to management (in FR and EN)
  • Define the weekly planning for the team (shifts, holidays, trainings...), manage evaluation and evolution opportunities for team members
  • Service catalogue management and Request fulfillement, standardization and industrialization
  • Continuous Service Improvement, Control that the technical knowledge is documented, reliable, up to date and published
  • Act as an improvement incubator for the team and support the service transformation (Cloud hosting, CICD, etc.)
  • Maintain and ensure that the infrastructure is up to date and compliant with the security and policies
  • Enforce the vision, strategy and mission of the consortium as a member of the management.

  • J2EE: TOMCAT / SPRINGBOOT / Messaging queue
  • Datacentre architecture
