**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque professionnelle nous accompagnons nos clients dans l'ensemble de leurs projets : de la conception et l'administration de leurs fonds d'investissement à la mise à disposition de services de banque dépositaire pour tiers gérants ou autres professionnels.
Au sein de l'équipe Professional Banking - Support Team, vous agissez comme personne de contact concernant les projets d'amélioration continue ou de transformation, pour l'ensemble des équipes de la Banque Professionnelle.
En tant que Senior Project Coordinator, vous contribuez à la stratégie du département à travers les missions suivantes:
- Vous assurez la conduite ou la contribution Métier aux différents projets du département.
- Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs-rices, êtes garant de leur satisfaction et de la qualité des délivrables.
- Vous prenez en charge de A à Z la gestion des projets d'organisation (définition des besoins, planification, pilotage, gestion des risques, suivi budgétaire).
- Vous coordonnez l'ensemble des activités à réaliser sur le projet en contribuant activement à leurs réalisations, en étroite collaboration avec les départements impliqués : cadrage du projet, identification des dysfonctionnements, définition des besoins et de la solution, analyse des impacts transverses, coordination des tests, accompagnement du changement
- Vous participez à l'élaboration, l'amélioration et la production de reportings pour la banque professionnelle afin de soumettre au Management les indicateurs de performance de l'activité.
- Vous animez les réunions de coordination.
Enfin, vous harmonisez chaque contribution et êtes l'interlocuteur-rice privilégié-e pour les projets de votre département.
**Profil**:
o Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 7 ans dans la gestion de projets organisationnels et informatiques.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de l'ensemble des activités et processus bancaires, des produits financiers, de la législation/réglementation et des outils de gestion de projets.
- Vous faites preuve d'un esprit critique et d'une grande capacité d'adaptation par rapport aux sujets auxquels vous êtes confronté-e.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités analytiques et rédactionnelles.
- Fort-e d'un excellent relationnel, vous échangez aisément au sein des équipes et avec le management impliqué sur les projets.
- Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
