Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts for various categories
- Strong emphasis on structured sales planning and delivery
- Developing relationships with existing and new clients to increase portfolio revenues
- Closely collaborate with dealers and partners to improve operations
- Monitor markets, trends and innovations
- Solve customer pain points and offer solutions
- Analyse activity and performance to increase margins
- Up and crosssell
- Maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Previous commercial experience with a businessfocused mindset
- Proven experience in managing existing clients and at ease prospecting new partners
- Flexible and dynamic with a cando attitude
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willing and able to travel around 60%
- Languages: English and Polish, other European languages are considered a strong advantage
