We are currently looking for :

Hungarian Secretary (M/F/D)

Context:
You will be assisting a team of 25 people and the unit manager with their day-to-day tasks.


Your role:

  • Managing personal files;
  • Management of incoming and outgoing projects;

Your profile :

  • You have a degree in an administrative field;
  • You have some initial experience as a secretary. Experience in a European institution will be considered an advantage;
  • You have a very good command of MS Office;
  • You are fluent in Hungarian (at least C1) and English (at least B1).
