Tax Manager - Your responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax planning and compliance for commercial clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other related filings.
- Provide expert advice on tax matters, staying up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and changes.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential tax savings and planning opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address taxrelated queries and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Review financial statements and documentation for tax implications and compliance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance tax services.
Tax Manager - Your profile:
- **Fluent in German** (written and spoken) and English.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax management within a professional services firm or fiduciary environment.
- Strong knowledge of German tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
