**Deine Herausforderung**:
- Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung des Compliance
- und Outsourcing-Controllingplans
- Pflege der einschlägigen Richtlinien und Verfahren, Durchführung von Compliance
- und AML-Risikobewertungen und Beteiligung an der Erstellung verschiedener Compliance
- und AML-Berichte
- Überwachung der von der Register
- und Transferstelle (intern) durchgeführten AML-Kontrolltätigkeiten, insbesondere durch Überprüfung von Registerkunden-Akten und Stichprobenkontrollen (alle Risikoeinstufungen)
- Aktive Beteiligung am Screening von Geschäftspartnern; Bewertung der Ergebnisse der Screening-Tools (PEP, Sanktionslisten und Transaktionsüberwachung) sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte
- Vorbereitung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) in Bezug auf AML und OC
- Durchführung der anfänglichen und risikobasierten laufenden Due-Diligence-Prüfungen der Delegierten sowie anderer Dienstleister (Überprüfung und Bewertungen)
- Unterstützung des CCO bei der Abschlussprüfung und Bereitstellung von Daten für das interne und externe Reporting
- Beratung des Managements und anderer Abteilungen des Unternehmens in AML/CFT-Angelegenheiten und in dieser Hinsicht Funktion als Eskalationsstelle
- Unterstützung der FATCA/CRS-Meldungen des Unternehmens und der Investmentfonds an die lokalen Behörden
- Übernahme der Funktion des RC ("responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations") für mehrere verwaltete Investmentfonds, Erstellung der erforderlichen regelmäßigen Berichte und Unterlagen, sowie die Teilnahme und Erläuterung der RC-Berichte in den Verwaltungsratssitzungen der Investmentfonds
- Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter (Angestellte, Praktikanten) des Compliance-Teams, insbesondere im Bereich AML/CFT
**Dein Profil**:
- Du hast idealerweise ein Studium in Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der luxemburgischen Investmentfondsbranche bei einer Verwaltungsgesellschaft/AIFM, einer Investmentgesellschaft oder einer Beratungsgesellschaft im Bereich AML/CFT
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen Fondsbranche sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die praktischen Aspekte der Compliance-Funktionen
- Du bist eine motivierte Person, deren Persönlichkeit sich durch Zuverlässigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit auszeichnet
- Du bist serviceorientiert und verfügst über eine diplomatische Einstellung
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln aus
- Du hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
